Who can enter?
UK residents aged 18 or over.
How is the winner chosen?
By a recorded random number draw on the closing date. We draw on the closing date even if not all tickets are sold (see below for when a closing date may be extended).
Can the closing date be extended?
If fewer than 50% of the available tickets have been sold by the advertised closing date, PrizeVault may extend the closing date once, by up to 14 days. Any extension will be announced on the competition page and our social media before the original closing date. The draw will then take place at the end of the extended period regardless of the number of tickets sold, and the prize will be awarded as advertised.
Can I enter for free?
Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route with the same chance of winning. See Free Postal Entry.
How many tickets can I buy?
Up to a maximum of 50 entries per person per competition (fewer if fewer tickets are left). Paid entries and free postal entries both count towards the 50 limit. Bundles save money: 5 entries are 10% off and 10 entries are 20% off. For other amounts we automatically charge the cheapest combination of 10s, 5s and single entries.
When do I get my ticket numbers?
As soon as your order is confirmed. They are shown on your order confirmation and email.
What happens if I win?
We contact you by email and phone and arrange delivery or payment of your prize.
